Reynolds, Potter, Ragan & Vandivort, PLC is a full-service law firm dedicated to providing competent, professional, and responsive legal representation to our clients. With six (6) full-time lawyers, and one lawyer associated with the firm as "of counsel", the matters and clients for whom legal services are provided is diverse ranging from individuals to international companies to governmental agencies.

Reynolds, Potter, Ragan & Vandivort, PLC is located in downtown Dickson with a satellite office available on the square in Charlotte, Tennessee.
Experience and Philosophy
Reynolds, Potter, Ragan & Vandivort, PLC is a firm that offers to its clients over 100 years of combined legal experience. Our approach to the legal profession is more than just preparing documents and appearing in court. We are concerned about the success and well-being of our clients as evidenced by the fact that we have hundreds of satisfied customers who continue to seek our representation, and who recommend our services to family, friends, and associates. We recognize that the receipt of timely legal advice sometimes means the difference between costly litigation and a problem resolved, and we are committed to being pro-active in our work on behalf of our clients.
Presently, we serve as legal counsel to several area municipalities. These include the cities of Charlotte, White Bluff, and Vanleer. We also serve as the county attorney for Dickson County, Tennessee. In providing services to these municipalities and to the county, our representation has been straightforward, and we have always recognized that our job is not to take the place of the client in the arena of public debate and ideas, but rather to offer sound legal advice to the elected officials so that they may make the critical decisions.

Collectively and individually, we support numerous area charities, and we provide a substantial amount of pro bono legal services for those who cannot afford legal representation.
