Timothy V. Potter was born and raised in Dickson County. He is an accomplished trial lawyer and has successfully litigated numerous cases in many different Tennessee counties and in federal court.
Mr. Potter previously practiced law at Stokes & Bartholomew, PA in Nashville, Tennessee before moving his practice to his home county in 1997. Mr. Potter enjoys being an active member of his community. He is a little league coach and has donated his time to many civic organizations, including the Dickson County Help Center, Developmental Services of Dickson County, and the Dickson County Chamber of Commerce. In 2006, Mr. Potter was elected to the Dickson County Board of Education where he currently serves as Chairman.
Mr. Potter is married and resides in Dickson. He and his wife have three children and are active members of the First Presbyterian Church in Dickson. His areas of practice include:
