Andrew E. Mills grew up in Dickson, Tennessee and attended Montgomery Bell Academy for prep school. While attending Belmont University for his undergraduate studies, Mr. Mills worked at Curb Records, Inc. for the VP of Sales. After graduating from Belmont University magna cum laude with a bachelor of business administration (BBA) degree, he attended law school at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. During law school, he was a Summer Associate at Reynolds, Potter, Ragan, & Vandivort, PLC in the Summer of 2011. Mr. Mills' work in law school also included the Shelby County District Attorney’s Office (Organized Crime Unit), the Civil Litigation Clinic, and creating the schools first Honor Code, from which he was elected to the innaugural Honor Council.

After graduating from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in May of 2012, Mr. Mills passed the Summer Bar Exam and began working full time as an associate attorney for Reynolds, Potter, Ragan, & Vandivort, PLC in August of 2012. In 2017, he became a member of Reynolds, Potter, Ragan, & Vandivort, PLC.

Mr. Mills handles the transactional and litigation needs of his clients in various fields, in addition to his representation of various governmental entities, including White Bluff, Thompson's Station, Fairview, Burns, and Vanleer, TN, as well as Dickson County.

Mr. Mills is a Board Member of the Friends of White Bluff, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit benefiting White Bluff and Dickson County.
