Hilary Duke began her legal career early in life while assisting with day-to-day activities in the law office of her Father. Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, Mrs. Duke continued her legal education after college at the Nashville Law School. While in Law School, Mrs. Duke worked as the Deputy Court Clerk for the Honorable Barbara Haynes in Davidson County Third Circuit Court and a Deputy Clerk in the Davidson County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office. Upon completion of Law School, Mrs. Duke joined the law firm of Reynolds, Potter, Ragan and Vandivort, PLC, where she is now a Partner.

Mrs. Duke served as the Dickson County Bar Association President from 2012 to 2019, as well as Secretary/Treasurer prior to 2012. She is the former Dickson County Soccer Association Vice President, Member of Charlotte Fagan UMC, and a Volunteer Middle School Soccer Coach.

During her college career, Mrs. Duke was a collegiate soccer player where she earned All-American honors and was a semi-finalist for Georgia Sportswoman of the Year Award. Mrs. Duke was a Scholar Athlete and a Member of Omnicron Delta Epsilon. Mrs. Duke is married to Dr. Corey Duke and has two children.
